"I stopped in to Holyoke mall in Massachusetts and there were 3 people standing at the register. Not a single customer in the store and not one of them spoke to us. My daughter was looking for shoes and a dress and they completely ignored us. I am a store manager at another retailer and it was a very disappointing experience. Will never shop there again"
