"My mother was accused of stealing in your store. They called the guards and humiliated her in front of the whole store. The manager on 4/23/22 @ 4:30 pm. Staff on floor were overwhelming her shopping experience. She is a loyal customer to this location and this is not how a customer should be treated. They were very disrespectful. I called customer service and they were not able to get to the manager and got transferred to another mall in Louisiana. Very disappointed in this store and customer service. If you want a pleasant shopping experience DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have placed a claim against this store."
"Has really nice shirts and sweaters. The pants sizes for men are all a length of 32. No problem with waist sizes just length. Sucks for taller people and for those who are shorter."
"Love this place. Usually the staff is nice. Some times the staff is a little less than attentive. But the prices, the selection, the styles makes up for it. If you don't mind uncaring teen staff who don't really want to help and have a good sense of what you want and what looks good on you; I can't stress enough that you should go here."
"I dont shop here and never will but my cousin was visiting and loves this store. We were not greeted by staff instead she was walking around on her cell phone yet was resetting merchandise. When my cousin attempted to ask for her assistance she ignored him because she was too busy on her phone so he found another associate on the other side of the store. At the checkout, The cashier was friendly and seemed helpful"
"Excellent selection of clothing and accessories. Unfortunately my daughter did not find what she wanted. This was our first stop and usually is. Great quality at a reasonable price. All up to date and in style items."
