"I really appreciate the time and commitment that the employees give to their customers. This store has a lot of options when it comes to leotard selection and if what you want isn’t available the employees go out of their way to either order or find another alternative for you. No matter what age, they’re super thoughtful of their customers. I really like their shoe fitting process and my three year old has always been well taken care of. They’ve let her walk around the store and test out her shoes to make sure we left with the right fit. If you’re a mom on the go (and accidentally run over your kids ballet slippers so you want to stop by and just pick up a new pair) they do save what shoe size you last purchased. I did read that pointe shoes fittings are done through appointment only—and as a former dancer I appreciate that they block a time frame dedicated to making sure you’re sized correctly. These employees are professional when it comes to knowing a dancer’s needs."
"If you’re looking for an attitude, Attitudes Dance and Activewear is the place to go. When I arrived at the store I was not greeted and completely ignored. Once I was able to get the employees attention, she was rude in her response to my question. The store did seem to have a decent inventory."
