"Our night started out great. The waitress was nice. The problem started when our food was brought out to us. First, it took her over 5 minutes to bring some ketchup and steak sauce to the table. I had to have another waitress get some. My nephew didn't get his sweet baked potato after he ate his main course because she forgot to get it. I understand that the restaurant was busy last night, but she could have been a better waitress. There is no excuse for that kind of service. My steak was almost raw. I ordered it medium and it had blood coming out. I didn't get a chance to speak to the manager because he never came to the side of the room and asked how things were, but he made sure to talk to the other customers. That's one steakhouse I will not be back too. That dinner was not worth the $50 I spent."
"Service is wonderfully attentive and with a pleasant smile, food great and good atmosphere. I go there at least 3 times a month. The grilled shrimps are tender and juicy with the right amounts of seasoned kick. The rice is perfectly fluffy and well seasoned. Steak was slightly overdone, but in all fairness, I asked for it to be well done. It's one of my favorite go-to establishments to satisfy my taste buds."
"Fantastic experience! Not only was our server attentive, but this place can really cook a steak. All four in our party had their steak well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Flo's filet and lobster combo were spectacular!"
"Nicki was so attentive to our needs and refills. Very kind to our daughter and us. Personable and happy to serve. Adriana the manager was amazing as well. She made sure we were satisfied above and beyond. My ribs were the best I’ve EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! and the Parmesan chicken was also incredible. My husband loves the chicken tenders because they are always perfectly done. My daughter loves the chicken tenders in the bbq sauce. That BBQ sauce is something else, yum! Even our drinks were filled just as we needed them, as if she could read our minds. The dessert, wow! Never in my life have I paid for a perfect taste and portion and received it. The cost was well worth portion, taste and even how great it looked. I actually didn’t have time to get pictures before diving in, simply because of how appealing it looked."
