"Went yesterday to shop for my daughter a weekend outfit but the store decided to close early. The doors were locked at 6:45pm with no sign. I went into another store and came back at 7:15pm and the lights were off. I traveled an hour to shop at this store so it was disappointing to say the least. From previous reviews this seems to be a trend, and its bad for business. Will not be shopping here again"

"The mall this store is in is gorgeous and everybody is so kind and helpful. Unfortunately this store is a major exception. The lady working the desk was very inhospitable and was blatantly rude and mean to me and my young kids. Laura, I hope you are reading this and I hope whomever supervises you knows what needs to be don’t o preserve the reputation of the brand. You are single handedly tarnishing the reputation of a multimillion dollar brand. Be proud of yourself!"
