"I made the mistake of ordering from Big Hat Store, thinking I was ordering from Big Head Caps, which is my normal go-to. I ordered three weathered baseball caps and when I received them I loved the colors but hated the long bill. I returned them today and was really pissed when I had to spend $9.00 in shipping charges. In today's retail environment I expect to be happy with the product or have free returns. This is my first and last order with Big Hat Store."
