"My son needed a tux for his senior prom. This was the weekend before Memorial Day. We called on Thursday and without hesitation they told us we can come in that night or even as late as Saturday and my son would be fitted, the tux altered and ready for pickup on Tuesday morning! I happily drove 45 min there and back! The only negative is for the man, who I'm assuming was the owner, who snapped orders at the woman who was assisting me. The tux rental came with a shirt, suspenders, shoes, and pocket square. Make sure to ask what shirt and accessories come with the rental. The tux mannequin in the store had a lapel flower that I thought came with the package, but it was not included. I looked up a YouTube video on how to fold the pocket square. My son was happy with the fit! He looked so handsome! I'm so grateful- thank you for taking care of us on extremely short notice! I highly recommend Sam Michael's!"
