"I been shopping with this company over 25yr I have never experience nothing like this I was going to buy this beautiful blouses for a Christmas party this week. Doing the process I ask the lady there. could she stream the blouses for me I was told no due to them being busy in it was only 3 people in the store.in other employees was there walking around like youngoing steal something. Help me understand how you was so busy. I was still asking could she please ! steam the blouses. She say no can you come back tomorrow I told her no! I don't leave in the area. So I said to her in she was the manager . You would rather like me work out the door.in lose a sale .She just smile in said she couldn't do it. I left in took my money to another store wear they repect in have better customer service."

"This is my last time shopping there. Brought a delicate item. Didn’t realize the lady wrote final sale. Ok again never wore it. Take the item out of my bag and the beads fell completely off. Just wanted to exchange the item and of course. The older lady with the black curly/wavy hair who never speaks was like ole well(she’s been rude since Oakland Mall). The tall was was nicer at least she spoke when I walked in. I been shopping with them for a very long time. And I know I’m not the only one but dang seriously just like that. And they have beautiful pieces. But this was unfair"

"This has always been my favorite store all throughout my high school years. I shopped at the northland location as well as Fairlane location. They have always been known for beautiful girls with great personalities. Always polite and helping, last week I went into the Farmington location. I was the only customer upon entering neither lady welcomed me or spoke. I walked towards the back of the store pass them assuming maybe they didn’t see me made eye contact to see if they would speak before asking a question they were holding a conversation in another language. I’ll never return to this location ever again. I work at 1 of the big 3 plants so I was straight off work. Treated me like trash"

"I have love this store for over 20 years. When ever I visit Michigan I always go and purchase something. I get many compliments on everything I purchase from the store. My daughter loved them too.When she passed away I made sure to get her home going outfit from there. I started shopping at the Oakland Mall location. ❤️❤️"

"I love the clothes at the Orchard lake location and I always buy something every other week. However, today will be the last time purchasing anything from this location. I purchased an item and I returned it the very next day with a receipt. The manager was so rude and treated me as if I didn't have a receipt and got upset when I didn't want the skirt. As I was browsing through the store because she said I had to use store credit, even after I provided her my receipt, she began to talk loudly about me to her coworkers and other customers in the store. When she realized that heard what she was saying, she hurried herself to the back of the store. I will NEVER purchase anything from this location again and I will make sure my friends, who also frequent this location will not either. The manager is only nice if your spending your money but don't you dare bring any item back because then her true colors will come out! I do appreciate that her staff apologized for her unprofessional behavior."
