"Worst customer service. There were no cashiers at checkout and we had to wait an hour. One cashier standing was busy doing something else. when we complained instead of apologizing she said customers stand 2 hours, as if that’s the norm."
"This location is incredibly cluttered, which makes it very difficult to navigate, especially with a cart or wheelchair. Checkout line was absolutely unreasonable. There were plenty of employees around and only two at the register with over eight people in line waiting. I would not return to this location."
"Extremely rude and angry cashier named Nawaf! He has no customer training whatsoever and doesn’t know how to speak to people! I’ve never felt so unsafe while shopping! He should not be upfront ringing people up when all he wants to do is yell at customers! This store really needs better training for their employees! Hopefully the next time I go there he will no longer be there!!"
"I always find the best deals at T.J. Maxx, and this location was better than most! From shoes to snacks to candles, I found all the unique and wonderful things I like at such low prices! Best of all, the cashier pointed me toward an olive oil soap with no chemicals in it -- perfect for my sensitive skin. Will be back. No question."
