"I went to Dunham today 12/26/23 at around 11:00am, I wanted to buy a pellet gun but I was treated so rudely and disrespectfully buy the guy that was working in the gun department that I decided not to purchase the 130.00 gun. I was the only person that was in his department at that time and he said that he had to put away some guns and he would help me shortly and I said ok, two more customers came to the gun department before he finished but when he finished he started helping the other two customers and totally ignored me."

"May not be the busiest place, but the staff are always helpful and on point. Deandrayah assisted us, and we came out of there with a chair and a lounger! She deserves a raise, Dunhams! She provided us with options and was patient with our indecisiveness. Real customer service."

"This store is awful!! I had a birthday coupon that i went to redeem and we scanned it prior to checkout to make sure it would work. When we went to finally check out, the computer said that it had already been redeemed. We spoke to the manager and he refused to override it, despite the other employee saying what had happened. We left very unhappy, and without spending a single dime. I will never spend any money here again. The cashier was amazing and apologetic for the incompetent manager. Happy Birthday to me I guess."

"Sadly I can't give them 0 stars, in summary, we bought an airsoft gun set of rifle and hand gun, I knew it wasn't a top quality product but had good reviews and it was for a one time use, the guy who sold me the gun told me people returned those things all the time for lack of power, I decided to take my chances, bought the set on Friday, we test it that same Friday as soon as we got home, it worked OK, did some target shooting, all good, next day Saturday was the event, the stock of the rifle broke within 20 minutes of using it. Monday I went back to the store with the receipt to return it, the cashier was very nice but he said he had to call the manager, the manager came and told me once the merchandise walks out of the store is my problem, I explained him the whole thing and nothing, I told him the sales guy told me people return those things all the time because of lack of power, he said the policy changed! I'm like what??? In two days?? This guy may not like Hispanics or minorities, I don't know... not even store credit! This was my store for 15 years! I bought so many cleats, boots, shoes, duffel bags, athletic clothing, etc! NO MORE!"
