"Very fair prices went to buy one pair of boots and ending up buying two Pairs of boots well worth it. The only thing is they do need more people helping the people on the floor. But the boots aren't all they had. They had beautiful shoes as well. Shoes for children women and men all with great prices and great quality. Highly recommend"
"3 experiences over the last few years and all of them similar. Workers talking or in their phones behind the counter. Not greeted or even spoken to, even though the store was not busy. Plenty of other shoe stores that want my business."
"I stopped in to try to pick up a new pair of shoes. I found a few I liked but when I went to try them on there were none in the box. I walked up and down the men's shoe aisles for about 10 minutes with no help. I saw one employee in the store standing at the register. I would assume it would have been easier to just shop online."
"Went through ten pairs of boots. All don’t match or badly manufactured. I would’ve went home with mismatch if I didn’t look first. Then the lady couldn’t explain the birthday reward. Then had an attitude. Not a good experience"
"Thought id try this place because its new and I've never herd of it. Walked in and was greeted with ignorance. 3 female workers all standing elbow to elbow with their masks down until I opened the door. Sop as I walked into the door they said I need a mask to shop there. I explained I have a breathing issue and cant wear it do to heavy asthma. They said, They dont know if I'm lying or not because I dont have a medical sticker on my shirt which states I dont need a mask. I asked if I was suppose to have it on every shirt because the law states you arent allowed to be questioned about it as uts against hippa. Even tho I explained myself and disnt need to. I was told I can buy a mask from them if I want to shop. 1st visit here and I will Not be returning! Now mind you I have had to work this entire epidemic without any kind of benefits, I should be able to go get some new boots without any issues."
