"Needed some heel options for prom and went here because of the BOGO sale on the heels. Just for the cashier to tell me it wasn’t a BOGO so I say okay and leave but check the sign in front of the heels before leaving (checked the heel name and color just in case) and it indeed did say BOGO. Confronted her again to get my free pair of heels and she told us we needed to buy two heels for one of them to be free like we didn’t just try doing that. Didn’t seem remorseful at all and try to find a solution. It would’ve been nice to hear some remorse."
"Horrible service rang up a pair of shoes for my granddaughters marked with 2 different price tags. Of course they tried to charge me the bigger cost...even tho it was on the clearance rack. Do NOT recommend going in to watch the 5 employees pretend to stock shelves and not actually help the check out people. End transaction"
