"My stylist was very kind and easy to talk to. However, when my hair dried I noticed that one side of my head looked butchered. I went to a location closer to my home and they noticed how bad the cut actually was. I’m glad I was able to get it fixed but am disappointed that I wasted money on my first cut."
"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE ! When I called to see if appointment is needed or if they do walk ins, I was informed it was appointments only. I asked what was the price for style and I was told anywhere from $35+ depending on the length of the hair. Yesterday I was in the area and I wanted to stop by salon to make appointment in person and to check the place. 3 ladies were on their phone sitting with nobody in the salon. I asked same question where this time i was told no appointments only walk in (completely opposite of what I was told on the phone) and same information about styling my hair $35/ depending on the length. So I asked if they can take me now since i see nobody is here they seem available, I was being bounced from one hairdresser to another with excuse “ I’m waiting for my client “. After hearing all these lame excuses and unprofessional responses Im beyond grateful that I am not doing business with people like this. They were acting as if they were gonna do my hair for FREE or if they are paying me to sit in that chair not me paying them. To me this is poor service and I would never recommend them to anyone. If it wasn’t for us customers this place would not be open and to have that kind of attitude about it and treat people like this is not acceptable."
"there were 3 hair stylists in the building and none were busy. I wish i were asked who i wanted to cut my hair. im not going to descrbe the employee but, it was the worst haircut experience i think ive had. She was absolutely silent, and when asking about how to cut my hair she didnt seem to understand, at all. the haircut was OKAY but then she did my beard and neck. completely uneven and many MANY stray hairs. she was going so fast with the trimmers she missed alot. very careless. i will never go back to a great clips or supercuts or anything of the sort ever again."
"Love going there for my son's haircut. He can be supremely difficult (he is 6) at best... but the professional staff know how to reel his 15 mile high personality in and get the hair looking great! I will not go any place else. They are awesome, and the results are fantastic."
