"Bottom line if you value your time as much as you are suppose to value your nail technician Charity’s time you inform your client that you are running behind when they arrive , not having them wait 20 minutes and your client having to ask . She also was still working on her other client when I walked out 22 minutes after my scheduled appointment . Very disappointed."
