"I called to make an appt and we agreed on thursday October 7th for a consultation. I was here but no one else was, I called, I waited... And left. Several hours later she called and said she had me in for Friday. I checked my notes and we had said Thursday. It's close to my home so I figured I'll just go Friday. Guess what. No one here again. Business hours say they're open but no one here and again no one answered the phone. What a way to run a business. You only get one chance to make a first impression"
