"Prices on items in this place are insane and even when there is a sale they aren't good. It's almost like their philosophy is to mark things as high as they possibly can and then put it on sale so you think you're getting a deal and the mark-up is still astronomically high. Only come here for Amazon returns which I'm guessing they agreed to to get people in the doors, of course, because when I am here the place is usually pretty quiet. You get a discount slip for a certain percentage off an item when you do an Amazon return so yeah definitely trying to help sales. But what's 15% when the prices are twice as high as other stores. But Googs keeps asking for a review of Kohl's so there ya go.."

"Today was a VERY good trip to Kohls. They had great sales but the best part was, the lines were NOT 25 people long. The cashier's were not stressed out and All had a smile on their faces. My cashier J Diane was so helpful with the women in front of me. And she was VERY helpful with me as well."
