"went to buy a swimsuit as a gift for someone. my total should have been $94.87. i had to order online because they didn’t have any in store and when we tried to place the order, the system wasn’t processing my order. They continued to try again in case of writing incorrect number(s) and when i checked my bank account, money was being taken out. i mentioned this and they told me the money shouldn’t be taken out since it was an incomplete purchase. it took 5 times before the order went through and when i got home, 94.87 was taken out 5 separate times. i called my bank and they said all that money was taken out. i got charged 4 extra times for one swimsuit."

"Promos are absolutely ridiculous. Read the fine print before you shop. You'll see they have to many stipulations. During the holiday season they ran out of gift boxes and complimentary stickers. If I'm going to spend a ridiculous amount of money for something I expect to get my complimentary sticker and gift box as needed. Nice staff. However, don't ask a customer if they need help when they litteraly just walk in the door. I think I need a minute to look around before I decide I need any help."
