"I purchased a top 10 days ago and it was too big on me. I went to exchange it in store and was told my the manager that they can't exchange since the tag was removed and that they would have to throw it away. When I went on their website to check their return policy, it said that it will return/exchange for 120 days. I had to call customer service and get a return label. Now I have to wait until they receive it and then I will get a gift card. Just bad management and bad attitude there. A complete inconvenience."
