"This location is really clean! My sister and I went in on a weeknight and there were two stuff members, floor associate and manager. They kept it well stocked and the two staff members were super nice! One of them offered us a fragrance sample as we were shopping! Im hoping this is a good sign that Oakland Mall is at a comeback. :)"

"I only gave this place 1 star in order to write this review. This is by far the worse rue21 ever not only is the store dirty and nasty but the customer service is absolutely horrible. The store was packed full of people and there was only one cashier and to make matters worse she wanted to hold a 20 minute conversation with everyone in line while ringing them up. I'm all for small talk but not when you have 30 people in line!!! there were other employees standing around talking to each other and on their phones. I will never shop here again"
