"Recently stopped at Macy's to pick up a winter coat that was not available at the lakeside store. Found the appropriate coat in the correct size and took it to the cashier to ring up. There were two cashiers and two people waiting with a question and both cashiers ignored me and walked away. The cashier's downstairs we're also not attentive. I will never come to this Macy's location again. You should never be ignored without comment. Apparently making a good sale is not very important to this staff."
"The Jimmy Choo perfume customer sales representative was attentive, professional and courteous. She patiently took the time to help me locate my beloved Calvin Klein Eternity perfume. In addition, the Macy's backpass had a decent selection of products. My good mood was almost ruined by a customer service representative on the second floor wearing a black turban and too much makeup. She was the rudest employee I have encountered at any Macy's. She flung our items around with so much anger and attitude. Never once acknowledging us. I cheerfully asked "How are you doing today"? Her reply... silence. After our transaction was completed (without a thank you), she rudely rushed from behind the counter, crossed in front of us and stated rudely to another representative she was going on break. Wow..."
