"Jayla, did a good job on my hair... But, the shop is not very clean, & a few of their attitudes (including Jaylas )were very rude, & DISRESPECTFUL to be in the business that they are in. Sharon, was pleasant, & the Gentleman are very nice. I was charged $10, for being 10 minutes late, & I'm a $20-50 tipper. If Jayla wouldn't have been as rude as she was, she definitely would've gotten $30 on her cash app, because she did a good job, but with an off attitude. I won't be going back, the energy was off for me."

"I had an horrible experience with a stylist there. I called the shop and asked if anyone ther do 27 piece quick weaves, and this stylist stayed she did. I believe her name was Sharon. She had an off-putting attitude toward me throughout the entire 5+ hours I endured. She told me while she was washing my hair she didn't like doing 27 piece hairstyle due to the length of time it took. I asked if she used glue protection and she said no. That was two red flags, however I decided to stay, which wad a huge mistake on my part. I showed her a picture and asked she keep my sides full and my back longer as well. Instead she took shears and shaved my sides down to the quick and proceeded to put a large amount of spritz on my hairstyles, despite me asking her to use minimum spritz. She then proceeded to give me pencil curls on my sides. She then cut the back of the hair short instead of leaving it long as I asked. To further add insult to injury she kept saying i was moving to much in the chair the entire 5 hours i was there. We almost had it out several times during this nightmare of a visit, but I continued to deal this bizarre behavior and some form of bullying This was the absolute worse experience I've had in a hair salon and I was very displeased with the hairstyle. It was dated, it took 5+ hours to get a hairstyle from the late 80s/early 90s with hair that don't move. Further,.I attempted.have a pleasant experience even though continued to be harassed about my posture, ignored of what I asked for and wasting my hard earned money of the garbage hairstyle I received I had to go home and do the best I could to repair it but the spritz was too embedded in my hair to get the stiff look out."
