"Staff is great at the Somerset Mall in Troy, MI. I’ve shopped Ann Taylor since the 90’s. However, the quality of the clothing has steadily declined, especially in the last five plus years. In the early 2000’s, they had a great buyer! Since the new buyer, the fit of the clothing has been off and cheaply made. Most of their clothes seem to be made for tall women over 5’7”. Almost everything is unlined, including garments that should be lined, like blazers, some dresses and dress pants."

Isn’t this basic knowledge on inventory? Though most of their selections are good, it’s not worth it to shop online"
"On the whole, I love the clothes at Ann Taylor. They have business professional options which I really appreciate. However, I bought a $90 necklace 31 days ago, and I went to put it on today, and I noticed that the web of the necklace is broken. In 31 days, I wore this necklace 3 times. For $90, I would have expected this necklace to last longer than 3 times and 31 days. Now I am out $90 which is very frustrating. Additionally, during my last shopping visit, the line was very long to check out. I will still shop at Ann Taylor for the clothes, but I am unlikely to purchase any additional jewelry."
