"I haven’t had my nails done In quite a while and decided I wanted to do something for myself for the holidays. I called seeing if there was any later availability for me after work(which I understood may not be possible during this time). The woman who answered was more than happy to take me at 6:30 PM even though they close at 7 PM, which I thought was very kind of them. When I arrived I was kindly greeted by Tran and was seated soon after. Once I sat down with the gentleman she put me with I felt as though he was rushing through my nails. Long story short I was very unhappy with my nails once I got home, they looked very messy and already were chipping . I am not the type of person to complain about my nails but when you are paying so much I felt I needed to say something. I wanted to give them another chance because of how great their reviews are and I understand that it was late at night when I came in. I spoke with Tran on the phone and she was more than happy to correct my nails for me. She took me at 6:30 and assured me that she would make sure my nails made me happy. She stayed late to finish my nails and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend coming in and seeing Tran she is kind and very talented at what she does. I will definitely be recommending others!"

"I started going to this salon from the time the ownership changed about a year ago. Tran is THE best at doing pretty much whatever you want and the price is reasonable! I’ve always been happy with the results and I will probably never go anywhere else again. 5 stars all the way!!"

I wish I had a before picture of my toenails, I’d like to mention that my nails were already very short so they did a great job, considering what they had to work with!"

"I came in yesterday as a walk-in wanting a gel fullset, just a little treat to help make myself feel better after having a cold. The woman doing my nails was very sweet and while I think she did a great job, she cut me twice with the drill, which was very painful. So, now my nail beds are extra sensitive. I’ll probably come back here again and would love to amend this review once I do, but overall it was just a very very average nail salon."
