"Had my box braids done in Sept. I couldn't wait to take them out. The braids were done waaay too tightly. I had to repeatedly ask the lady to not do them so tight. When I complained to the owner she said "maybe the hair was short there." I told her my hair was about 5 inches non-stretched, so there was no reason for them to be that tight. The lady who did my hair, I think was learning. She did not do a good job. She used too much hair for each braid, I ended up having way more braids than I wanted and she didnt braid them all the way to the end. They did not look good. I would not return to this salon again."
