"I just had to come on here to write that this Starbucks probably has the best workers than any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Dave gave me an amazing recommendation for a drink and Jessica (another barista) made it wonderfully. The positive and caring energy that Dave gave was just nice for a change that made me feel like a friend and not just a customer that they wanted to come in, grab a coffee and leave but the exact opposite. Not only these 2 but all the workers are very generous and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you !"
"Great Starbucks but it always congested. Long lines, slow wait times but quality is good. Staff is hit or miss on friendliness. Limited seating. It’s definitely made for mobile orders or to go orders. Not the most ideal place to sit and talk as they are usually really busy."
"I don't usually leave reviews, but, as someone who used to work in the customer service and food industries, it's very important to point out. Firstly, I completely understand this location is busy and hectic, especially at this time of year. However, please try to interact with waiting patrons to some degree, even if you can't help them yet. It took almost a minute for me to be acknowledged when I was the next one in line. It hardly takes any time at all, and you'll be amazed at how patient most people can be when they feel seen and not ignored."

"No one go there, you will wait over 30 minutes in the drive-through to order and receive your food. Always out of many options. Like today, they told us they were out of all kind of frappes and most kind of drinks!!! It was not even 6PM yet!!. We ordered one hot coco and one danish. It took forever to order and by the time we got to the windows to pay. We waited over 15 min with no one showing up to tell us anything. I see the guy standing next to the window and he didn’t even bother to say “we will be with you shortly or anything!!” This is not my first bad experience at this location. It’s always like that, and the manager/owner tends to do nothing about it. Poor management Poor customer service Food taste good as most of it is pre-made by the corporate. I hope they read my review and do something about it for the poor people that keep going there."
