"I almost never get my full order or even correct order.. and I never called until today. Explain how ordering a cheeseburger plain constitutes wrapping up the buns with nothing else?? They couldn’t have cared less that they are failing so miserably at the simplest level of customer service."
"I have been to this McDonalds many times because it is on my way home. Do not come here if you are in a rush because it is the slowest service I have ever seen. It took me almost a half hour to get through the drive thru line. I was in the outside lane and when I pulled up to order I was told to “wait one second” for 5 minutes. I tried to save time by using the mobile app to do curbside, but that was even worse! I sat in the spot for 20 minutes, went inside to check on my order, and they told me it was coming up soon. I went back to my car and waited ANOTHER 20 minutes before I went back inside to ask for my order. Keep in mind, my order was a medium fry and a frozen Coke. I finally got my order by standing at the counter until someone gave me my food. The line is ALWAYS long here, no matter what time of day you go, and it is due to their ridiculously slow service. I do not plan on coming back here in the future."
