"I see a lot of regular to bad reviews but I don’t understand why. I’ve stopped there for a quick dinner in Feb 2024 and everything worked as expected. Dining room was opened and clean, order came fast and warm and everything tasted Ok."
"Ordered online and paid $23 for chicken soup that claimed it serves 4. I literally laughed when I picked the bag up because I thought it was a joke. What serving 4 people means in paneras insane word is eight ladle scoops ( 2 per person) according to the lady behind the counter. What an absolute rip off.. I will never be ordering from panera again. This isn’t enough food to feed 2 people let alone 4. Unreal."
"This location is terrible. My Panera account got hacked and someone ordered over $70 worth of food. It was delivered to my house. No one was home. I called the store and even though it was placed in their app, they could bring up my order and my payment they could not refund me. I was told the “store manager said I have to call my bank”. I asked several times if he could see my order and was told yes. It is terrible they can take your money but can’t return it. I deleted all of my info from the app then deleted my entire Panera account. Will never order from them again."
"I'm normally a Panera fan. I showed up at 7:30pm with my family for a quick, healthy meal. We were told when we entered to take our food to go because the dining room would close in 20 minutes, despite their being open until 9pm. The food looked sad. My 12 year old niece gave the pizza 1 out of 10 stars. The smoothies were 6 out of 10 stars. My Baja salad had decent avocado but very little chicken."
"Placed a curbside order as I know the drive-thru can get pretty backed up at times. My order was ready on time and came out as soon as I parked. The food taste great and my order was correct only issue is that ive noticed they have started being a little greedy with the chicken for the salad as we could only find 2 small pieces in each."
