"We get carmel iced coffees pretty much every day and each time we have to go back in to have them remade. Most of the time the employee will argue with us and give us attitude about having to make them again. We literally get the same order everyday. We are done. This is the worst Tim Hortons."

"I love Tim Hortens iced coffee and everytime I go to this location they put SO much cream in the coffee. I ask for 2 cream and you can hardly tell there is any coffee at all! Not to mention the flimsy lids they put on the large. I can never mix it without it spilling right away. :("
"Ordered the grilled cheese Panini. The first one came and the cheese was not melted went in because I had ordered through drive-through, and then make another one, which they did with attitude. Worst sandwich that I have ever had do not get the grilled cheese Panini."
