"Unfortunately, this used to be my go to Starbucks. I would drive out of my way to go here. In the last 6 months they have become mediocre. After today’s visit I will not be returning. My $8+ drink is so watery and missing every single flavor. Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, 5 shots, 8 pumps. It was a waste of time, gas and money. I tried to give them another chance, but I’ll have to pass on them from now on. And the customer service today wasn’t friendly. I felt like I was bothering them."
