"EXCELLENT SERVICE!! the lady was very nice i never had it before and i kept asking questions about what to get. She was very patient and even made a special a drink for me based off what i know what i wanted. it’s a taro milk tea with regular ice, brown sugar and 30% sugar. The setting and music is a 10/10 will definitely come back"
"Ordered the Cocoa Cataclysm, which is basically Cocoa Cream Wow with WOW bubbles. This drink is my go to every time I visit Kung fu tea branches and I know how that drink is made and what it looks like. I can say with conviction, what I got from this store is definitely not it. My drink just looked like normal bubble tea, where is the brown sugar wow bubbles. The drink should have a brown sugar syrup around the cup and a good amount of boba. This was very sad and disappointing. Won't be coming back here again. Edit (response to owner reply) - Definitely did not pick up the wrong order. It was an online order and the sticker on the drink clearly had my name and the name of the drink. This is not about picking up the wrong drink, it's about making it the right way."

"I recently visited this bubble tea store for the first time and was blown away by the delicious drinks and great atmosphere. As a newbie, I was unsure what to order but the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Barishta who helped me navigate the extensive menu. I ended up ordering the honey black tea with bubbles and milk cap, as well as the strawberry milk slush with berry bubbles and boba. Both drinks were absolutely amazing and I can't wait to come back to try out some of the other options on the menu."
