"I love Biggby. However, I was a bit ticked off this past Sunday to wait 20 minutes for 2 coffees; with three girls working and only two groups ahead of me (5 drinks between the 2). I had frozen groceries in the car and needed to get home. If I was stopping on my way to work, I'm sure I would have been late. There was way too much talking and laughing going on than waiting on customers. I'm all for having fun at work, but not at the customer's expense. I don't think this would have happened under the prior owner. This was my first visit to the Canton (Ford Road) location since new ownership."
"Great food selection, tons of options for coffee, tea, fruity drinks, etc, and it all tastes amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful with recommendations (thank you to whoever recommended the avalanche latte; it was amazing). My only very very minor complaint is that the seating isn't extremely comfortable for long study sessions, but it's not like it's completely unsittable. Overall 9/10, highly recommended."

"My very first experience to this Michigan local chain. Staffs were nice, cold brew and latte were great. I would not say this franchise was superb nor their coffee was extraordinary, but I really should admit that this is an impressive michigander franchise."
