"Girrrrrl !!!!! I ordered a #7, she asked "sausage or bacon", I said "sausage, and exchange the hash brown for a honey cruller"....I get to the window and pay $7.65 and ask "where's the coffee"? she says "you didnt order a coffee, you have to get back in line" (i'm the only one in line at that moment) she closes the window saying "you have to get back in line maam". I park and get out and the stand-in manager (so-called) says we didnt take a meal order we took the items separately, "I ordered a #7, when you ask sausage or bacon, you ask how I want the coffee" She says " that'll be $2.93 for the coffee" i'm like "oh so now i'm paying $10.58 for an order that's supposed to total $7.42". If I said "instead of a hasbrown make it a Honey cruller", how is it NOT A MEAL? Then she reluctantly says'I'll get you a free coffee, and it was Black when I take 2 creams, hands it to me then says "have a wonderful day"....Yeah well alittle late for that!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tsk....it's okay i'm on the phone with corporate!"

"Terrible place. Not sure what’s going on but most of the time they are out of main items and wait to tell you after you order and go to pay. Ordered two turkey bacon club and they were out of bacon…they have like three options on the menu for lunch and they are out of a hot item. No apology just asking if I still want the sandwich without the bacon. I ordered a panini instead that tasted so terrible! Basically through 16 dollars down the drain for food I threw out. Never again!"

"Waited in line for 30 minutes and was not helped at the drive through menu. I pulled up to the window to let them know that they didn't take my order and the manager tells me I have to go back around and wait in line again just to get a coffee. What a horrible staff at this location, highly recommend dunkin or a different coffee spot around. The service was despicable, making me wait 30 minutes and then asking me to go back around. Please do not support this business"

"Service was quick and the staff was great. Maybe the sandwich assemblers don’t know how to judge a tomato. You could imagine the shock of sticking your teeth into the unripe hard parts."

"Well, this is probably the worst experience I've had in regards to a food service establishment. There are probably a dozen or more health code violations going on here. Our order took forever and was incorrect, and cold. The staff was mostly standing there not doing anything. The coffe was empty and needed brewed to fulfill our order. This was such a terrible experience. Terrible service, dirty, and the staff was not helpful. If you have ever watched the movie, idiocrocy, then imagine that level of mentality. We all decided to use the restrooms before leaving, and we're not able to due to the lack of care there as well. They were so disgusting, mens and women's, that we decided to pass, even though we have a 7 hour drive ahead of us. These pictures I have posted here speak for themselves."
