"I'm not a huge fan of chain stores, but given how much the bookstore market as thinned in the 21st century due to Amazon, B&N really provides a huge number of books and now, especially since buying Paper Source, things like games and toys. The staff are very friendly and helpful and can almost always get you a book if they don't have it in stock."

"I have always loved going to Barnes and Noble, but on my last visit, I was so excited to see how the store has been restructured to different categories of books and the tables of specials and new titles! The cooking section is by far my favorite, and I was so happy to see the book I wanted right away! Definitely more desirable to just hang out and search for what I want than just pick a book and go! Good work staff!!"
