"We decided to go to Carrabba’s for Valentines Day! Our service was great from Ethan, our server, the food was excellent, we got the Johnny Trio! Delicious. Pasta could have had a little more flavor, but other than that everything was great. The general manager, Blake, even stopped by to see how our night was, and how everything went. We thought that was a nice touch of extra service in class. We will definitely be going back soon!"

"I always enjoy the service and food at Carrabas in Portage. However, the service tonight was especially nice. The woman who greeted me at the door was so genuinely kind. The server, Samantha E., also had a genuinely kind personality. Her service was not fake or forced in any way. Also, the gentleman who delivered the meals seemed to genuinely care about our needs and was so attentive. What a treasure you have in these people working for you."
