"Ordered a cheeseburger with the works, light mustard. Got a cheeseburger with a lot of mustard and nothing else. Asked politely to get it remade. The remake was swimming in ketchup and mustard when all I wanted was the works with light mustard in the first place. Asked to get it remade again and the girl at the counter copped an attitude because she “saw them make it and they didn’t even use much sauce.” I wish I would’ve gotten a picture for y’all to prove my point. She then tells the kitchen guys to remake it with just a “dollop of mustard” like THANK YOU FINALLY, that’s all I wanted in the first place. If what they gave me was light mustard, I’d hate to see how much they think is regular amount of mustard."

"Had a burger that looked like it had a pancake bun as a bottom and both hamburgers where smashed ordered to shamrock shakes and was handed my food and door was shut and lady just walked away like there was nothing else for us. Asked for sweet and sour and got tossed one for 2 peoples meals. Very very disappointed in there service and the way the food looked when I got home"

"Wish I could give no stars. Got to the drive thru to order the Shamrock Shake. could barely hear the guy saying to wait a minute before he could take the order. We waited five more minutes before the employee said that their system is down. Asked if it was just drive thru or inside. They said we could come inside. Went inside and they said they don’t serve Shamrock Shakes even though I saw it on their menu. Now, I understand that different restaurants get different promotional items at different times, but still would’ve been nice to know before wasting my time. Luckily, driving further down the road to the 3320 location had Shamrock Shakes."

"The fries are cold. They put a smaller size cup in a large cup. The shamrock shake was made well before I went through the drive through. It was as thin as water. If I can’t trust them to get orders out hot and in a timely manner, how can I trust them with the safety of the food. They don’t care. And sadly it’s majority of McDonald’s. Plus it’s getting soooo expensive. 1/4lb meal with an extra large fry and shamrock shake. $23. I should have went to Culver’s."

"We came through drive through on 11/26, was a little busy, but not too busy. They seemed to still be struggling to keep up. Either way, we were patient. There is no acceptable reason to serve moldy bread. On top of multiple missed items from the order. Tried to do the right thing and communicate to their customer service line and received an automated response claiming the store manager would respond. Did not/has not happened (almost 2 weeks). Have attempted to call the location multiple times with no success as no one answers the phone. Then I get a response stating that the case was closed after 72 hours. Am disappointed with this being a corporate store and the customer support line failing."
