"I've visited the drive-thru here a number of times and am always happy with the service. The baristas are really friendly. The drinks and food I've gotten have always been tasty. The line tends to move faster here than at other Starbucks locations I've been to. When you pay by card, they hand you a device that asks if you'd like to tip. Please tip!! If you're paying with cash, you can ask to put the tip into their tip jar, which may not be outside when the weather is bad."
"Terrible experience at this location. They don't seem understaffed, but it takes an eternity to get your order. I waited for 30min today for a mobile order, had to leave without my drink as I had an appointment to keep. Lobby was packed with people waiting, and others were complaining about the very long wait. I can't tell if the staff is just slow, or if they are just that busy, if its the latter, they should not accept mobile orders at all, they clearly can't manage it. Complained to corporate, hopefully this spot can get fixed as its conveniently located, but I won't be coming back."
"I get a specific drink everyday. When I go though drive through, it honestly tastes AWFUL. When I do order pick up, it tastes how it’s actually supposed to taste. I’ve mentioned this to them multiple times, and often have to turn around and go inside and ask for it to be remade, to which they look at me crazy when I say it’s not made correctly. Its quite frustrating considering I usually have somewhere to be. So waiting 15 min, to turn around and wait another 10-25 felon how behind they are inside. Its 30-45 min to get COFFEE!"
"The most inconvenient uncomfortable arrangement of tables. Lots of dirt on the floor. Sickening smell at the entrance to nausea. The lids on the drinks are damp, as if someone had finished on them. One of the lids is loose, it could spill into the car or onto your clothes. One barista was deaf, the other aggressive and rude. The toilet is rubbish and dirty. No one apologized for such terrible service. Here it is necessary to remind the staff of Starbucks standards anew."
