"A Sweet Visit for Coffee and Tea Lovers Nestled in the Quaree Grand River Avenue and Novi Rd, Sweetwater Coffee & Tea is a charming, albeit small, coffee shop with tasteful interior design and a diverse selection of coffee and tea blends. The concept feels familiar, reminiscent of other chain coffee shops, which isn't necessarily a downside. During our visit, the place was surprisingly empty, which raised some concerns about the waiting time during peak hours. However, the friendly service made up for it, and we appreciated their hospitality. In terms of taste, the coffees were decent, but not mind-blowing. The prices were in line with the market, so it's not the most budget-friendly option. Sweetwater Coffee & Tea offers a delightful experience with a cozy ambiance and friendly service. While the coffee is good, it might not be the most economical choice."

"Our hotel coffee tasted like old socks and it was a five minute walk to this delightful little shop. Great coffee and a range of sweet treats as well as several breakfast sandwich options. I tried a sample of their chocolate maple pecan bar and it was buttery, delicious and not over sweet. They also had cold brew to sample."

"I used to come here ALL the time and get the joy nut bar because they are SO GOOD but have recently stopped going as much because they NEVER have it in stock sometimes for weeks. I noticed they had even taken it off the menu in the drive thru but still have it listed on their general menu. I went through the drive through today to see if they had any and it looks like a new girl was running the drive thru. She said they had some and handed me pecan bars. She tried to convince me they were joy nut bars and that they don’t sell pecan bars but clearly they weren’t what I usually get. The website clearly states the joy nut bar is a bar that has coconut and chocolate in it of which this dessert item clearly did not match the profile. I didn’t want to argue with her about it so I paid for something I didn’t want. How do the workers not even know their own menu? Trying to convince an old regular about an item they used to get ALL the time that they are indeed giving you a product you KNOW is wrong… yeah try again. It was clearly a pecan bar. Too many new hires that don’t know what they are doing. In general the food is pretty good but the drinks are sub par. Wish this place was a little more reliable otherwise I might come around more often."

"This is a really good coffee place with ample seating, nice seasonal decorations and a variety of coffee options. I would recommend their pumpkin lattes for amazing taste and flavors. They also offer different breakfast and snack options to go along with the coffee."
