"Been driving past this place everyday to work and was excited to try out a new, affordable coffee shop. I came in for the first time on the morning of February 20th. I asked the worker if they make bagels and she said unfortunately… I said unfortunately? She said she really didn’t want to make one. LOL. I couldn’t believe it! So I left and took my business back to Sweetwaters right down the road. I would rather pay more money for my morning coffee than deal with an angsty teenager."
"Ben and Madison are always taking care of me. Iced vanilla latte with caramel drizzle and a shot of espresso. Perfect every single time especially with their in house made jumbo cookies. Amazing customer service!!!"
"Wonderful atmosphere, staff and great selection! I’m not a coffee person but my partner is, and he’s very picky. He loved it and I absolutely loved the ice tea refresher I had. It was exactly what I was craving and didn’t even know. We aren’t local but definitely will be making the extra drive to come back again as this is definitely the best spot around that we have found so far :)"
"Had the opportunity to stop in Joe's Coffee Shop for a photoshoot and wow! Ben and Alexa were both very welcoming and appreciative! Of course, the coffee smell is great like any coffee store, but there were so many flavors to choose from compared to your typical coffee place. Many of the light meals (Danish / Croissants/ Sandwiches) looked great as well! The owners and workers here care a lot, and it shows. Would definitely recommend if you're in Novi!"
"Cute cafe. I was excited to try their coffee beans, as it's difficult to find quality whole bean coffee locally. Tried their Ethiopia and it's awful. I'll continue ordering our beans from a small shop in FL on their monthly discount day. Update added after owner's rude reply: I didn't say I visited the cafe today. I bought the beans a couple weeks ago and have ground and brewed them about 5 times. See photo of bag in use. While I was willing to drink this coffee, my husband refuses, so I'll toss it out and buy from somewhere else. I was willing to stop in and try a cappuccino or Americano, but not after that reply. I'll leave my review at 3 stars, because it does have a nice atmosphere. I wish you the best."
