"I travel constantly for work, not your average line of work, basically I’m after the storm “storm chaser” Insurance adjuster, 16-18hrs/7 days a wk days all remote for MONTHS. The point is, self care especially skin care is neglected. As a WOMEN OF AGE in a younger generation line of work ~ I’m vain enough to wanting, needing some “lift, tweaking, erasing of years” While in Grand Rapids, URBAN YOU SPA came highly recommended. STEP 1: LONG OVERDUE FACIAL ~ Vanessa was PURE INDULGENCE, FANTASTIC and IMMEDIATELY saw such a difference in my complexion. This was pure bliss. OK ~ I’m in a Spa that offers BOTOX ! my younger face was screaming JUST DO IT! I’ve had injections over the years, from numerous doctors, spas… OK results, and a few that left me swearing I’d never do it again Then I meet Melissa. INSTANTLY I TRUSTED her ~ Melissa erased not just a few lines, I honestly feel she erased years. By far the most talented, experienced, professional and w an RN BACKGROUND the most EXCEPTIONAL of any fillers, injections I’ve ever had. I’ve honestly never had anyone with such a knowledge of placement & quantity to achieve such beyond satisfying results. Not to mention on a pain level scale a 1 vs others coming in at 10’s. So, when you find some one this GREAT ~ went back for the most natural lip enhancement, no “Duck Lips” just the PERFECT PERFECT amount, nearly (level 2) painless, no bruising. To be transparent I WAS’NT planning on lips OR HAD EVER considered lips ~ but Melissa is that phenomenal in explaining the effects, product and mentioning it’s one of her passions, specialities !! I was ready to plump the lips. So thrilled with the results ….. Why stop there!! My bank account may argue this last statement. Today totally Indulged my VANITY, ego, more my attempts to defy age on drivers license more truthfully I was so impressed with the previous results, I had some strategic (I’m not sure what the filler is called) but WOW, WOW, WOW IT WAS SO WORTH the investment in me! Fillers lifted the jowls, eliminated some fine lines that annoyed the #%*# out if me. The results were immediate, again minimal discomfort. Melissa is extremely gentle with all the injections. In conclusion, I’m headed to my home state nearly 2,000 miles S., I with without question will return for ALL my facial self indulgent WANTS and needs. Now, if I could only get a new edited drivers license ! Melissa you’re gave me back a face I recognize ~ not the sagging, wrinkles, lined face I saw looking back in the mirror. Anyone reading this ~ I should be well into retirement ~ I’m starting over in a really difficult career capacity physically, mentally working Hail, Hurricanes and every storm in between. The few visits w URBAN YOU SPA by chance (wasn’t planning of looking for Spa/Face time) boosted my confidence level more than any words could express. "BEST.MEDSPA.IN.MICHIGAN. Period. I love everything about the experience. The locations are always beautiful, the staff is wonderful, check-in & out is a breeze. The best part however, are the injectors themselves (who are also RNs so they approach every session truly understanding the human body.) They take the time to alleviate any concerns and answer any questions. Kristina and Melissa worked as a team and the results were amazing. Botox and Juvéderm, when done properly, offer a beautiful "good night sleep" affect versus being frozen and overdone. If you feel that you are looking tired or old... "The staff is semi-friendly and the experience is comfortable so I wish I could rate it higher, but at the end of the day it’s the service outcome you pay for that matters. I’ve had lash lifts done before but this was my 1st time here. I don’t notice a curl in my lashes at all and I just got them done... I wish I had liked it, but I will not be returning under any circumstance because I am so unsatisfied. I don’t think the lift will even last 2 weeks."
