"Booked a brow appointment tonight. 10 minutes after it was supposed to start she was still working on the previous client. She kept looking at me but never said it will be a minute, or sorry we're running behind. She didn't even attempt to hurry up. So I just walked out. I get sometimes you go over but a little communication and costumer service goes a long way. My time is just as valuable as yours."

"Not a good experience today. The clerks need to be better trained in customer service and accuracy. I was charged for something I didn't end up buying and not charged for something else that I bought. When I went back to the store to correct their goof (I ended up owing them $6) there was NO apology and no thanks for being honest enough to admit that I owed them money. Who trains these clerks? You'd think that customer service skills would be a must! Neither of my clerks were good at it."

"It was so horrible the stylist kept pulling my hair and did not do what I asked for, and they lied to me about the price. When I came to see her in person, she said a good price over the phone and then when I came in person she said a whole different price and it was so horrible the products she used made my hair so dry and weak she didn't know how to style or cut the hair and burned my hair with the blow dryer. I totally don't recommend this place"

"Shopping in-store? Pretty good experience. Pickup order here or interacting with management? Don't bother. Ordered a moisturizer for store pickup that's normally about $60. Less than 24 hours later, I got a notification that my order was picked up while I was at home getting ready to go out dancing. All the Ultas usually check ID prior to handing over pickup orders. I have called multiple times and came in-person multiple times. No moisturizer. No refund. Ulta customer service won't help. I used to love going to this Ulta, but I will gladly drive to the one on East Beltline or get my orders shipped to my home. Or straight up go to the Sephora nearby. This Ulta has become shady. Not worth getting my orders and time stolen again."
