"Stopped in this morning ordered two dozen donuts. The person on the speaker says umm we don’t have enough donuts to make two dozen. Then a lady comes on and says we have been behind making donuts so we don’t have enough to make that order. So I ended up getting 1 dozen and some Tim bits. Really you don’t have enough donuts ? That’s literally why you exist is to sell coffee and donuts. I drove across town to this location should have went to sweet waters. Then the cashier really looked and sounded like she wanted to be there (sarcasm) was just unacceptable"
"For Portage Michigan ( Westnedge)location, As much as I love your products and most of your locations. There is a MORNING shift vs evening shift conflict. They are telling me this after being the second time this happening in 2 weeks they were out of all bread products so I could get any sandwiches. The first time they just said that. The second time, they basically said that and said it was because of the morning shift not taking out enough product for the later shifts and then a coffee I wanted was not available so I left and won't be going back to that location."
"I do not recommend this place for delivery drivers. When I go to pick up an order, the main area is closed. Then, I go through the drive-thru, and they tell me that delivery orders are supposed to be picked up in the lobby. These people need better training."
"My first visit, was ok. Drive Thru Speaker was broken. Tea wasn’t good either, Not hot or cold. And the Timbits are better."
"I'm literally done. Been a loyal customer ever since they started at this location, and love their coffee. They've always had ups and downs in service, but i kept going. Yesterday, the employee tossed my bagged bagel on the floor before handing it to me (either on purpose or not, totally unprofessional and sloppy). Today, i found a chunk of plastic in my bagel, and that was the last straw. I love tim hortons, but you have to be crazy to go to this location. They've got a combo of bad management and some (I'm sure not all) totally unprofessional employees. And I don't feel comfortable or safe eating here."
