It was my first time getting lash extensions and my experience was everything and more. I got a classic set and they are so flattering she takes her time to make sure they flatter your eye shape and does a great job at communicating what she is doing. If you are looking for a classic or wet look I would 1 million precent book with her! If I could give her 10 stars I would!"

It offers a boutique atmosphere, complimentary snacks, heated beds, cozy blankets and pillows, and an impressive array of self-care items for purchase. Staff is kind, patient, and friendly. I have Krissy to thank for making my lashes look absolutely incredible each and every time. (You rock!) I'm a quieter person who's neurodivergent and queer, so I'm usually a bit intimidated by upscale salons/studios. Lav & Lox exudes warmth and acceptance. I'm glad to have found this place!"

"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. First off, Jaime is amazing! She is extremely talented with not only lashes, but hair as well. Before I found Jaime and Lav & Lox I tried two different lash studios, one in the GR area. My lashes would only last about a week before they fell out, and now every time I get my lashes done by Jaime they are always full and last me weeks. I am constantly getting compliments! Also, not to mention how cute her space is! She has taken a lot of time and effort to make it a cozy, welcoming environment for her clients. Regarding COVID, Jaime has taken the necessary precautions and implemented requirements to ensure safety for everyone. I highly recommend Jaime and Lav & Lox!!"
