"Called Tuesday & was surprised to get an appointment for Saturday for a couples massage. Called Saturday before the appointment & was told we weren’t in the system? Apparently “Jamie” didn’t notify the masseuse or put the appointment in the computer! Clearly need to train their employees better. This was an anniversary gift for us & we’re not from Grand Rapids so can’t even reschedule. Really disappointed!"

Watching the rest of the staff work while I'm getting lined up helped me realize that they are some of the best cosmetologist in the Grand Rapids area.
