"I found this place while doing a series on the best bagels in Kalamazoo and this place has a special place in my heart ❤️ They have a wide variety of selection from green tea kit kats to chorizo bagels! The staff are so friendly, even gave me some cute candies to try today :) I even like their bagels sooo much, I started making them at home but couldn’t replicate the love and soul they put into theirs!"

"Women in this establishment are not very friendly . They are short throw your bag at you almost like they’re rushing you out . The males are usually nice and friendly and say thank you . The food is great but those women are mean . I visited she put my fresh bagels in with a hot sandwich which was not properly wrapped so my cheese melted out . When i asked for another bag she ignored me . The ONLY cashier handed me a bag as he was taking orders at the same time . I called her out on her not being friendly and she acted confused but that tip jar is worded very well. Tables too close together with it being a time when sickness and colds are going around . Excellent food but the ladies could use some customer training if you know what a dollar is courteous customer service won’t hurt ! Smile sometimes . We’re spending our paychecks our hard earned money and this place isn’t cheap ."

"The picture attached is why I always get cream cheese ON THE SIDE. When I told the person who made it that I ordered the cream cheese on the side, she said how they always put it on the bagels which is funny because when I went in on Monday, they put the cream cheese on the side like I asked. It may not seem like a big deal, but this is disgusting to me. And I ordered two bagels, the 2nd one which I won't be eating for a couple of hours, so it's going to be sitting in that mess for awhile. I'm sure they don't care, but I won't be back."

"I wish I found this place sooner! When I’m in town I typically go to big apple but I found this place and tried it. SO GOOD. They subbed ham for extra sausage for me which was nice. I love how the empty cheese is on the sandwich it’s perfect 10/10. and they have my favorite ice cream bars for sale that are hard to find in normal grocery stores. Great Asian snack collection to choose from!"

"Perfect for making sandwiches! Been going here since it was Klein’s. The bagels are slightly different, I miss the minced garlic they used to put in the center of the cheddar herb flavor. The two staff members that are always there are super nice and helpful. I don’t know what I’d do without this place! Blows big apple out of the water. Try the homemade bagel chips!"
