"It’s upsetting when you walk into a store and someone says “hi” to you but doesn’t ask how they can help you but when the next group of guests come in the retail person has a full blown conversation with the guests. It made me feel out of place and unwelcome. Beautiful clothes, not so beautiful staff."
"The staff was very friendly, but I was very disappointed with the sizing options available. Downtown Rockford doesn’t need yet another boutique that is not size inclusive and carries only straight sizes. The clothes are adorable, but there was not a single piece of clothing in this store that would fit me, someone who wears a size 16 (which is the average jean size of women in America.) This store is clearly not trying to earn the business of anyone who isn’t a thin woman."
"Great experience. I had my 2 year old with me who doesn’t sit still and I wanted to try on some things that I liked. The ladies kindly offered some toys to entertain my son. As a mother of a very active child I truly appreciate this little gesture when I could focus on myself while shopping. I also like the quality of the products."

"Super cute store, really friendly employees. Expect the same prices as the East Town or Grand Haven locations. It's a great addition to Rockford, and they fit well in the community. They do a lot of fun events and open houses as well."
