"Customer friendly pharmacy! Have always had prescriptions filled at 10 MI Rite Aid pharmacy... until I made a mistake, waited till last minute for refill and Rite Aid was out of medicine I needed, so I was forced to go across street to Family Fare (I will never return to Family Fare pharmacy!). I encountered a huge billing problem (over $400/month) with refill at Family Fare. FF pharmacist was not patient with my questions or willing to attempt to right the problem and acted annoyed I was asking for their help. My Dr. office contacted Rite Aid pharmacy and they took hold of the situation! They spoke with Dr. office, called me to gather information, called the medicine manufacturer and found me a solution to correct the error and save me $400/month! Thank you Rite Aid, specifically Debbie and team! Debbie was patient, empathetic, and customer service minded. Thank you Debbie and Rite Aid Pharmacy!"
