"I shop here because it's closer to home and more convenient than Meijer. They're more expensive, but I look at it as I'm paying for the convenience. But the customer service here is seriously lacking. I realize that good help is hard to come by right now, but they seriously need some new cashiers. There are two young men that work here...one is always at the register and the other meanders around with an air pod in one ear and goofs off with his friend behind the register while customers are just trying to check out. It's immature and uncomfortable for the customer when they're too focused on each other to do their jobs. Today I had a young lady cashier who was very nice, but also clueless when it comes to customer service. I was buying a six pack of pop and one of the cans hit the floor and exploded as she was bagging it. The kid with the air pod came wandering over to check it out and said "oh, you can go get another one." I stared at him for a second because I wasn't sure I had heard him correctly, and he repeated that I can go get another one. I worked as a cashier for several years, and I would never ask the customer to go back and get the item themselves. I would offer to go get one for them. Poor service, super expensive. Not worth shopping here."

"First time at this Family fare Pharmacy in in Rockford, I asked the lady if there was any way they could be a little quicker with my prescriptions because I was running late for work and she said it'll be about 20 minutes because your prescriptions are still being processed she was kind of rude and not very helpful but the other lady with the dark hair was very sweet and kind and was able to get my prescriptions within 10 minutes and I thank her for that"

"Very clean facility and well-stocked given today's circumstances. Traffic volume us usually low, so social-distancing is not an issue. Be aware no cash can be accepted at the self check-outs, so you will need to go to cashier line for that. Prices tend to be a touch higher than Meijer, so be sure to look for specials or clearance items. Bottle/can return is back open, but limited hours so you may want to check ahead."
