"The staff in the back was overall very sweet and helpful, as I was checking out I said I am an employee at a local brand store. As I am new I don’t have my discount card yet, I do know my number though. The cashier next to mine was very pushy towards the customers for singing up with our brand. She was very rude to me as well saying I wasn't allowed to get the discount when I had my drivers license as verification, for future reference PLEASE be kind to your customers and fellow workers. Your attitude as a cash representative is very important on how our customers view the store."
"I went here to spend a gift card. I was at the register when I realized that I could get 40% off online so I told the young woman never mind, that I'd go home and order the shirt I wanted. She gave me a 50% off coupon right there to save me the hassle. I appreciate you young lady! That's great customer service!"
"It's ok. I'm not a big old navy fan. Sometimes they have some decent sales though. It's clean and decently organized. -1 star because I just don't really have much reason to go there.
