"Expect to spend 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. The fastest visit I've had here in the drive thru was when I was second in line- 15 minutes from order to leave. I don't know what they do in there. The cars in front of me usually have 1-2 items. I only order 1-2 items. I don't get it. We get coupons for literally free food from them all the time and I throw them away because I'd rather not spend half my morning in a drive thru."
"It used to be you'd get a bunch of coffee grounds in your coffee. That improved but now the coffee lacks flavor no matter what you get. I ordered an iced mocha caramel yesterday. Tasted like burnt coffee. I then ordered a hot mint mocha this morning and same taste. The wait time is outrageous for how many employees are standing behind the counter. I am so glad the one in dorr is open and the girls actually care to work."
