"Always knew there would be a time when I stopped going to this McDonald's. Last night was the final straw, and I can't allow myself to be subjected to this particular location any longer. Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes last night for two cheeseburgers and a coffee. 20 minutes. Why did I do that to myself, subject myself to watching the employees stand there, looking through bags as if they'd never seen one before? Because i was trapped and had already paid. Most of the wait was between the two windows and in front of the second window. They probably have me on camera for a long time sitting there. Coffee was cold, but effective. However, the burgers....yikes. I mean, I know what I'm getting when I go to McDonald's, but this was subpar for even them. I know the "YoU'Ve lOsT a cUsTomEr liFe" trope is old and ultimately it won't matter, because it's McDonald's and they're huge, but if I can save even two people a sad experience, then this post will have done its job. Do better."
"The food was good, it was hot and tasty. The associates were friendly and professional. We asked for mayo and lettuce after we got our crispy chicken sandwiches. The associates were more than happy to provide them with a smile. I highly recommend this McDonald's location."
"Out of the last 5 times I've ordered there, mostly online, 3 times something was either missing or wrong.Today, it could't have been easier. I ordered one item, Double quarter pounder deluxe with extra pickle. What I got, regular w/cheese, no deluxe, no double. If you do go make sure you check your order. As for cheap fast food, Burger King looking better."
"Unorganized, waited over 20 minutes while others behind me received their items first. Then after 20 minute's got my order to find out after I was already strapped in the vehicle that the steak was not there. Went through the drive-through and they didn't understand what I was missing. They were in their rush hour and took me to the window. Finally, the person who bought me my food recognized that we missing our food. They finally gave it to us after a total of 30 minutes for fast food."
